Just a stone's throw from the historic centre of Amboise, close to the station and in a quiet area, our 2-storey, 146 m2 house is ideal for a family break or a get-together with friends. Its location will enable you to visit the superb Châteaux of the Loire.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the brightness of the ground floor, which faces due south and has 4 windows.

An entrance hall gives access to a tastefully decorated 50m2 room.

You can enjoy our lounge area, which includes a large, comfortable sofa, two redesigned Louis XIII-style armchairs, small coffee tables and a small flat-screen TV. For the enjoyment of young and old alike, a table football table is available. It's a place where you can spend quality time with family and friends.

A dining room is at your disposal. Here you can entertain up to 8 people and enjoy sharing our Touraine specialities with them!

A beautiful open-plan kitchen gives you direct access to the terrace and its dining area. Fully equipped and ultra-modern, it includes plenty of storage space, hotplates, a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Kitchen utensils will be provided for the 1st night only and include: bin liners, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of washing-up liquid and a kitchen towel (cooking utensils: salt, pepper, oil, etc. will not be provided).

Its large work surface will enable you to concoct delicious meals!

On the ground floor, there is a shower room with toilet.

A modern wood and wrought iron staircase leads up to the sleeping area.

The first bedroom offers a view of the Château d'Amboise. Bathed in light, you'll be able to enjoy the mildness of the Touraine countryside. It has a double bed (140cm×190cm) and a desk. Ideal for working on your files.

The second bedroom has a double bed (160cm×200cm) and a large wardrobe. Perfect for putting your suitcases down!

The third bedroom is great for your little ones! Very functional, with its bunk bed and 3 single beds (90cm×200cm), your children will be delighted with their 'pyjama nights'! An umbrella bed is also available.

An ultra-modern bathroom completes this level. It includes a bath/shower, a large vanity unit with mirror and a heated towel rail.

All linen and towels are provided and beds will be made on arrival. You will have a large bath towel (150 x 100) per person, a bath mat for each bathroom and a tea towel for the kitchen.

You will also have a shower kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.

As soon as the first days of spring arrive, you'll be able to make the most of our large, south-facing garden and set out our outdoor footstools.

Our house is located in a residential area, so absolute peace and quiet are guaranteed!

The little extra: an electric recharging point is available at an extra charge.

You can arrive whenever you like, from 4pm (with no possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10am (with no late check-out possible).

The entrance to the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box.

You will be a 5-minute walk from the train station and just a few minutes from Amboise town centre.

During your stay in Amboise, you can go to the market every Friday and Sunday morning (the largest in the region), visit the Château Royal, the Clos Lucé (former home of Leonardo da Vinci), stroll around the Place du Château, the pedestrian streets and their shops, enjoy the emblematic Patisserie Chocolaterie Bigot (an institution in Amboise) and enjoy a walk along the banks of the Loire (listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site), go to the swimming pool (open July and August)... All within easy reach.

The towns of Tours and Blois are 35 minutes away by car, and the famous Beauval Zoo is 45 minutes away. You can also visit other Loire châteaux nearby (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont...), fly over the region in a hot-air balloon or canoe down the Loire in a kayak! A real holiday home to rent!

Amboise station is a 5-minute walk away, and the A10 motorway exit is 15 km away, with bus routes also within walking distance.
