Welcome this house in the typical style of the French Ardennes. On the ground floor is a spacious and bright living room, where French doors overlook the green garden and pond. The room exudes peace and cosiness, with a comfortable seating area and a wood-burning stove that provides a warm, cosy atmosphere on cooler days. From the living room you step directly onto the terrace, suitable for long evenings outside, overlooking the garden and surrounding greenery.
Adjacent to the living room is a spacious open kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers enough space to cook together overlooking the terrace.
On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms. Both rooms have access to a bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
The attic floor is decorated as an attractive bedroom under the roof, with exposed wooden beams and an intimate atmosphere. This space is perfect for children or as an extra resting place.
The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with a natural pond. An ideal place to relax, read or just enjoy the silence.

The house is located in the French Ardennes, or more precisely in the Gaume, a region overlapping the Belgian-French border, a sparsely populated area bordered by the Ardennes, Lorraine and Meuse. The landscape is varied, hilly, with meadows and arable land bordered by groves and larger forests, crossed by rivers, streams and small streams.
There are no shops in the village itself; the baker comes by honking daily. At 3.5 km is a warm bakery and grocery shop, at 15-20 km are many shops and large supermarkets.
At 23.00 in the village, the street lights go out, it is often pitch-dark and on a clear day you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky.
