The Château ( 11 BEDROOMS and 7 bath or shower rooms ) is located in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Caps et Marais d'Opale.
This luxury property offers all modern comforts and can accommodate groups of friends, families or seminars. The château offers over 600m² of living space spread over 3 levels. The ground floor is the living area, while the other two levels offer 11 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The fully-equipped kitchen of around 30 m² (2 large fridge-freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, XXL induction hob, professional ice machine, coffee machine, etc.) makes it easy to prepare meals. ), making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.
The 2 south-facing lounges offer lovely views over the park, and the TV lounge also has table football.
All the bedrooms, ranging in size from 12 to 30m2, offer quality bedding. In season, the pleasant grounds, with their all-weather Cornilleau table tennis table, bowling green and 2 children's and teenager's porches, are ideal for outdoor lunches and BBQs, or for relaxing in the shade of the hundred-year-old trees. The price includes water, electricity and heating in season. The rental includes the use of the entire Château. This romantic chateau dating from 1881 is set in 1 hectare (2.47 acres) of perfectly renovated and well-maintained grounds in the immediate vicinity of the village centre, surrounded by century-old trees where you can spot deer and pheasants. It is 30 mns from the main towns in the area (Calais, Boulogne sur Mer and St Omer), 30 mns from the beaches of the Opal Coast, 45 mns from Le Touquet, and 10 mns from one of the finest golf courses in the region, the Golf de l'Aa,Outlet Center near Calais.... Nearby hiking trails take you through a hilly and very pleasant part of the Parc naturel des 2 Caps.
