Located in the pretty village of St Josse just 15 minutes from Le Toquet and 10 minutes from Montreuil
St Josse is a detached fermette style house in the pretty village of St Josse, in the Nord Pas de Calais regions of France. Close to Le Touquet. It provides comfortable self catering holiday accommodation in a traditional French style. It has a large garden and is ideal for families or groups. The excellent (Michelin Listed) Le Relias de Saint Josse restaurant is 2 minutes walk from the house.Just 2½ miles from the fine sandy beaches of Merlimont Plage. Under 4 miles to Le Touquet, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and trendy shops. The fishing port of Etaples (3 miles) has renowned fish restaurants. Montreuil (6 miles) is an ancient walled town, from where you can drive through the pretty valley of the Canche to Hesdin, with its lively markets and old central square. Boulogne (20 miles) has numerous attractions such as the Nusicaa and the Cathedral. Why not add this property to your favourites whilst browsing.
Easy access to the towns of Merlimont, Montreuil, Stella, Etaples and of course Le Touquet - by car.

There are two great restaurants in the village only 2 minutes walk from the house. Le Relais is quite large so if you are having a family reunion at the house they will look after you with their delightful cuisine. The village also has a library, a small chateau (though not for public access), a beautiful church and some nice walks around. Great road connections to nearby places.
Activities
The accommodation provides the perfect base for a great family holiday with plenty of activities to entertain the children, including the Aqualud water park, Bagatelle theme park, children’s holiday clubs and many more. A full size baby cot and a travel cot are available free on request.The holiday home is ideally situated for all the Le Touquet golf courses such as Le Mer, Le Forêt and Le Manoir and other great attractions.

A Tourist Tax (Taxe De Sejour) of 3% of the rental value is payable directly to the owner.
