The house
Comme Il Faut is suitable for a stay of 8 to 10 people.
One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, the other one on the first level. Two rooms have a double bed of 180/200 and two bedrooms have a bed of 140/200 and two single beds.
Adjacent to one room, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Also on the ground floor you have a bathroom with shower and toilet.
A spacious living room with pellet stove provides extra warmth during the winter months.
The house is generally heated with a heat pump.
The garden offers direct access to the dunes and has a BBQ.

A small fishing village in one of the most beautiful regions of France.
80 kilometres between Carteret and Granville... a succession of dunes and little ports in a natural and protected area, with invaluable fauna and flora.
The beautiful beaches change daily with the power of the tides. The combination of land and sea in this area is therefore more beautiful than ever.
Furthermore, there is an extensive nature area, Parc Naturel régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin, with numerous hiking routes to discover the beautiful nature. You can also follow the GR223 from the house.
From Bretteville-Sur-Ay you can go anywhere, by car, on foot or by bike.
Are you more adventurous and do you go for the real water sports?
Then you can already kitesurf, wave surf, windsurf and char à voile in the vicinity.
From the beach, you can spot English Jersey with the naked eye. From Barneville Carteret you can easily make the crossing with the ferry to visit this beautiful island.
The landing beaches of Normandy are only one hour away by car.

Het huis is zijn naam 100% waard. Ruim huis met fijne bedden en alles qua uitrusting klopt! Genoeg spelletjes, een bbq, watersportmaterialen, fietsen en noem maar op. Verder merk je aan alles dat het een gloednieuw huis is. De kers op de taart is de afstand tot de zee.

You can get fresh fish from the local fishermen. Oysters, lobster, scallops, ... every season you can let yourself be surprised by the fresh catch of the day.
In the nearby villages, you can always go to the local supermarket for your daily shopping. Butchers, bakers, ... everything is there.
Be sure to visit a cider estate or enjoy a delicious calvados.
