Grand Credorye

The detached country house (gite) 'Grand Credôrye' is located 5 km from the sea and the pleasant boulevard of the seaside resort Veulettes-sur-Mer. There is a local contact person present (lives a village away). She speaks French.

In the farmhouse there are maps of the walking areas and plotted walks. Many of these can also be done with a mountain bike. On all walks dogs can run free with only occasionally, in villages, a leash obligation. Routes from one hour up to day trips are easy to plan with these maps and route descriptions.

Grand Credôrye has been completely restored and furnished in style in the spring of 2008, while fully preserving its authenticity. This makes it a house with old charm and modern comfort. Photos show only a part of the special atmosphere! The old beams, the smell of the country, the sea air and inside the house of the ancient large fireplace ... All this makes this old-modern farmhouse a wonderful place for a holiday. The house is completely arranged on the ground floor. All rooms and bathrooms can therefore be reached without having to climb stairs. The large garden, over 2500 m2, is almost entirely south-facing and is securely fenced off for dogs and children. Both the living room and the kitchen, as well as two of the three bedrooms, face south. These rooms, with their own outside door, have direct access to the large garden.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is partly open to the living room. The kitchen is also equipped to the standards of a modern kitchen lover! Large (gas) cooker (5 burners) with (hot air) oven/grill, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. The large wooden dining table offers all the inspiration for special meals with nice conversations.
In the house there is also a spacious hall with space for coats, bags etc. The house also contains a washing machine and dryer, 2 x loft with separate bed.
3 bedrooms downstairs of which two have access to the mezzanine with 1 person beds of 1.90 long.

Because of the division of the house, this house is very suitable for 2 persons or 2 families.
Summarized: three double bedrooms with beds that can be linked or separated, above 2 of those bedrooms is an open loft with a single bed; 2 spacious bathrooms with double sink, toilet and shower and bath (2 large boilers); spacious, cozy kitchen with large, modern 5-burner cooker and oven, air fryer, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher (12 covers), washing machine, dryer. Large garden (2500 m2) facing south, fully fenced for dog and child. Distance to the sea and beach (resort Veulettes-sur-Mer) about 4 km.

In short, a special, old "longère", with modern comfort and comfortable furniture, in combination with the large - fully fenced - garden on the south and all rooms on the ground floor! An absolute must!
It is possible to stay here with a wheelchair.
However, it is not fully equipped for more severely disabled persons, but it is accessible to all.
