Le Clos des Séguineries - gîte Métal

In an old Charentais farmhouse set in a hamlet, Clos des Séguineries offers 6 comfortable gîtes with heated swimming pool from June to September, set in one hectare of fully enclosed grounds.
Situated 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac, between history, archaeology, museums, châteaux, amusement parks, the ocean, rivers, the estuary, etc., you will enjoy a rich and varied holiday combining relaxation, leisure activities and cultural visits.

The air-conditioned Métal gîte is perfect for a family of 4.
The 2 bedrooms are upstairs: the first, on a mezzanine floor, has a 150 cm-wide bed and the other has 90 cm-wide bunk beds. The shower room (Italian shower - washbasin - WC) is also upstairs.
On the ground floor, there is 1 WC, 1 fitted kitchen-dining room opening onto the lounge with its wood-burning stove.
A flower-filled garden of around 100 m² with terrace, very pleasant with its garden furniture (a large table and a "tête à tête"), deckchairs and parasol.

At Clos des Séguineries you will enjoy a large green space with games (table tennis, swings, Molky, Badminton, petanque pitch, etc.) and the swimming pool, which is heated from June to September and shared with holidaymakers at Clos des Séguineries. Some bicycles are available.
Bed linen is provided. An electricity charge of 15 kWh per day is included.
