The house
Beautiful fairly new detached bungalow, "La Dyonaise" number 11a, with large terrace, partly covered, on the edge of a holiday park with across the road the beautiful challenging 18 hole golf course "La Preze", and a 9 hole par 3 course for beginners
Large room 42 m2 with 2 two-seater sofas and 2 rattan chairs, TV with all Dutch channels, dining table with 6 chairs, open kitchen with microwave oven, induction hob and dishwasher large fridge freezer, kettle, Senseo coffee machine.
3 Bedrooms [ 2 x 12 m2 and 1 x 13 m2 ] with 2 beds [new] 160 x 200, with 2 mattresses 80 x 200 in it. Duvet covers to take with you, duvets 80 x 200 available. 2 Bathrooms: one with shower, toilet and vanity unit with double washbasin and one with bath and vanity unit with double washbasin.
Large hall with toilet.
Covered terrace 35 m2 and a terrace in the sun 16 m2, carport and large garden [300 m2 grass] . 1 terrace in the back of the garden, and 1 french seat in front of the house.
Parking for several cars.

Detached bungalow on the edge of the holiday park with lots of privacy. From the terrace, view of the 18-hole golf course and a 9-hole par 3 course located across the road.
The park is located in the Charente on the border of the Dordogne and Limousin.
The area is hilly with a partly wooded landscape there are many small lakes and fast-flowing rivers, where you can canoe under supervision.
In the middle of the park is a large lake where you can swim and fish, and you can sail on it, there are 2 rafts in the lake, and a floating slide.
At the edge of the lake is a beach with play equipment and sun beds.

Restaurants, food & wine
Across the road is a good restaurant at the golf "de La Prêze" and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, where you can enjoy tasty French cuisine for a reasonable price. Nearby, there are also castles where you can enjoy delicious food, for which you have to make reservations. Addresses of restaurants available in the house.
Near Bordeaux is the very famous Saint Emillion with many wineries, where you can taste the regional wines, a beautiful town with many shops and terraces and delicious quality wines.
Cognac and oysters and mussels are also local products here.
There are several weekly markets in the area with and real French atmosphere, including the weekly market in Piégut and in Brantôme.
A trip to Cognac is definitely worthwhile, it is a beautiful town and there are several interesting cognac houses to visit.
Activities
Free use of the park's tennis courts, outdoor table tennis tables, heated outdoor swimming pool and children's pool, midget golf, bowling alley, football pitch and volleyball court.
Opposite the park lies golf course "De La Preze", a very challenging 18-hole course with many height differences and many water features, where one can play golf at a reasonable price, there is also a 9-hole par 3 course for beginners and inexperienced golfers.
Nearby, around 15 km, there are several horse riding stables, an adventure park and several karting tracks.
On the river Tardoire you can take a canoe or kayak trip.
Nearby are many hiking trails, routes available in the info folder, it is a beautiful area for the experienced cyclist.

Several castles in the vicinity, castle "La Rochefoucauld" at a few tens of km. distance.
Many beautiful French towns and villages such as Angouleme, Limoges, and a very beautiful hilly area.
War Museum Oradour sur Glane, definitely worth a visit.
Many bric á brac and French weekly markets, with the delicious local products, are in the immediate vicinity to visit.
Caves are also in the vicinity, as well as a go-kart track, an adventure park, a riding school and canoeing on the river Tardoire.
