Ideal for several families / family / group of friends
FOR RENT directly from Dutch speaking owners: unique holiday domain for 14 persons in Brive-la-Gaillarde (Dordogne / Limousin / Périgord). The domain, which is rented in its entirety and offers all privacy, consists of 2 buildings: a luxurious "manoir" or small castle (suitable for 9 persons) and a separate gîte (suitable for 4-6p) situated in a very quiet residential area, at only 5 minutes from the old city centre of Brive.
- Luxurious manoir (small castle of 260m², 10 pers): large living kitchen with French windows to the garden, spacious living room with fireplace and beautiful parquet, 6 bedrooms (3 x double with bed 180cm + 160cm + 140cm + 3 single), 3 bathrooms with shower, separate dining room, large surrounding terrace.
- Guest house or gîte (160m², 4-6 pers): large living room on the 1st floor with open kitchen, dining and sitting area, 2 bedrooms (1 x double with bed 160cm + 1 x with 2 bunk beds for 4 children), shower room with toilet.

Beautiful holiday domain, extremely suitable for several families or large groups, luxurious, private and very pleasant to experience a wonderful holiday. Brive-la-Gaillarde is situated on the border of the Correze (19), the Dordogne (24) and the Lot (46). A lot of sights to see !

We waren er om met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen ons 50-jarig huwelijksfeest te vieren. Wat een zeldzaam mooie plek, Domaine de Migoule. Het domein is zeer sfeervol ingericht en goed geoutilleerd. In alles was royaal voorzien. Buiten eten onder de boom met sfeervolle verlichting, geweldig. De kleinkinderen hadden er alle speelruimte en speelmogelijkheden die ze zich maar wensen konden.

Wat een fantastische locatie. Met kinderen en kleinkinderen hebben wij op Domaine de Migoule ons 51 jarig huwelijksfeest gevierd. Werkelijk een aanrader. Langs deze weg willen wij ook de eigenaar Filip bedanken voor alles wat hij voor ons gedaan heeft om dit verblijf tot een dierbare herinnering te maken. Chapeau !!!!

This region is world-famous and renowned for its foie-gras, mushrooms, walnuts, chestnuts, fruit, beef (race Limousin is on the menu of all the best restaurants), lamb, duck, etc etc... a culinary paradise ! Too much to mention !

Excluded: Deposit: 1000 € (will be refunded by bank within a week after departure)
Cleaning: 340 € / Bed linen: 12€ pp / Towels: 6€ pp
Arrival / departure : Arrival on Saturday NOT BEFORE 4 pm / departure on Saturday BEFORE 10 am (between these times the cleaning team has its hands full to give you a clean house) Rental in July and August is per week from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. High chair / cot available.
Pool heating (27-28°) from mid-April to the end of September (depending on weather conditions).
Payment: Booking is confirmed by payment of a deposit of 50% of the rental amount. The rent due (plus deposit) must be received no later than 2 months before the start of the stay.
Cancellation policy: If the tenant wishes to cancel the contract up to 2 months before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rent will be retained. If cancelled later, the entire rent will be retained. You must provide your own cancellation insurance.
