The house
Stylishly renovated natural stone holiday home (detached) with spacious private garden with several shady spots. A living room with open kitchen, via double doors directly connected to the sunny terrace (teak garden furniture). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, retro fridge with freezer). The cosy living room is a lovely place to retreat to or sit by the fireplace.
The ground floor also has a cloakroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (2x double bed and 1 x twin beds), a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large terrace outside with teak garden furniture, a spacious garden with a swimming pool (wood, diameter 4 metres) for cooling down on balmy summer evenings.
For the car, there is a shaded parking space with possibly an electric charger.

The holiday house is located in a picturesque authentic French hamlet on the border of the Dordogne with the Lot department. It is part of our 25-hectare organic walnut estate.
