Cosy detached house, all on ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine. The dryer is in the garage. Spacious living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, dining table with six chairs, fireplace. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Large garden with beautiful view over the valley of the Vézère. Garden with plenty of shade and plenty of sun and extra terrace halfway the garden with pergola (west view). Swimming pool (8x4) with space for sunbathing. Terrace at the front (south) and back. Barbecue on terrace. At the house a garage and a carport. Ample parking space. The house is situated on a quiet road with only local traffic.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de nazomer met houtkachel aan. Mooi gebied; veel te zien en te wandelen.
Restaurants, food & wine
At a short distance, you will find a number of excellent restaurants; from simple to very exclusive. At lunchtime, you can often get a menu at a very reasonable price, sometimes even including wine.
In Le Bugue, every Tuesday evening in the high season, a wine and food evening is organised on the large lawn/parking area behind the medical post next to the bridge over the Vézère. Bring your own plate and glass (or rent one on the spot), walk along the many stalls and buy something to eat and drink and then sit down next to the French on the long rows of benches and tables. There is often a music band.
Furthermore, 45 km away is the city of Bergerac with its many famous wines (e.g. Monbazillac, Pécharmant and Montravel) and wineries where you can often taste and buy wine.
This region is known for its walnuts, goose liver pate (fois gras), truffles and confit de canard (pickled duck leg).
