The house
Holiday home Le Domaine de la Deymarie is a restored, very comfortable farmhouse, classified 4 stars. It exists of three parts: the main house, the apartment and the pavilion, all 3 spaces adjoining in the form of an U with a lawn in the middle.
There is a games room of 60 m2 with billiard, table football, ping pong, board games, sitting room of 20 m2 with piano, chairs. In the garden you will find seating and umbrellas. The property has a surface of 25,000 m2, completely enclosed, with private parking, swings and sandpit. barbecue, orchard. The farm is very well equipped and restored and has a living area of 750 m2. The pool of 12x6 is also completely enclosed.
The area is quiet, we are at 800 meters from the town of Rouffignac, in the heart of Black Perigord, without direct neighbours and lots of privacy. The house is exposed to the south west.

Le Domaine de Deymarie is 800 meters from the village where you find all the shops you need. The situation is south west, on a 25000 m2 fully fenced plot, with an orchard..The area consists of meadows and woodland. There is parking space and there is also a swimming pool with a salt water system of 12 mx6, garden lounge furniture.
It is a calm and peaceful property, with lots of privacy and without neighborhood nuisance. A small country road leads to the village. At 450 m there is a supermarket and the only gas station in the village.
Don't forget to visit the cave Rouffignac at 5 kms and the castle of Herm.

The valley of the Dordogne with Sarlat is at 25 km and the most beautiful villages of France: Beynac, Castelnaud, La Roque Gageac, Domme caves and castles Beynac, Castelnaud, Fenelon, the baside villages are at 50 km: Monpazier, Beaumont, Belves, Eymet ..., Perigueux and the old town, Brantome, the town of Bergerac and its vineyards and furthermore there are the wineries of Bordeaux, St Emilion, Medoc and other classified vineyards. The valley of the Lot and Cahors also is at 100 km and so are Padirac and the village of Rocamadour.
