The house
A périgordine of almost 400 years old, it used to serve as a blacksmith's shop. The large fireplace now housing the wood-burning stove in the living/dining room refers to this.
On the ground floor is the living/dining room with a beamed ceiling and large fireplace. There is a TV with an extensive French package and NLziet. Furthermore, a compact but modern and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, washing machine, vanity unit and towel radiator. A separate toilet.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with box-spring beds, both for 2 persons. The windows have tilt-tilt windows, mosquito nets, ceiling radiators and blackout curtains. There is storage space for clothes.
Internet via optical fibre.
The garden has a lounge sofa, dining table, parasol and barbecue. The garden is fenced and offers space for parking the car. A footpath leads to the fenced and heated swimming pool with a seating area, sun loungers and parasols. The owners also use the pool, but not when the tenants are present.
