Le Creyssac

Villa Le Creyssac is a large detached stone house in a beautiful rural setting with fantastic views over the Périgord Vert (Dordogne). It offers you a peaceful holiday, with plenty of space and a large private swimming pool in its own grounds.
10 minutes from Brantôme, the Venice of Périgord. 20 minutes from Bourdeilles, with its typical square and castle. 15 minutes from the Villars prehistoric cave and Saint Jean de Côle, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
This authentic Périgord holiday home is comfortable and tastefully decorated. It can accommodate up to 17 people. Its 2-wing layout offers a wide range of configurations for families or groups of friends, while respecting everyone's privacy. The beautiful communal areas are perfect for getting together, and there are plenty of places where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The natural setting is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a great holiday with family or friends.
The house is laid out from east to west and is completely open onto beautiful gardens and landscaped terraces.
The east wing comprises a large entrance hall with a small reading room, leading to a WC with a washing machine and a double bedroom with its own shower room and outside access. A staircase leads to 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double bedrooms and a small bedroom with 2 single bunk beds) with a bathroom and toilet in each bedroom.
The entrance hall also leads to a large living room with a large fireplace and a large, well-equipped kitchen/diner opening onto the terrace.
The large living room leads to the kitchen (very well equipped) also on the west wing, a separate toilet, a small living room with its large fireplace and a double bedroom with outside access and its bathroom containing a washing machine. Upstairs in the west wing, on the landing, a separate wc and bathroom, a double bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 suite of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. The west wing also has its own entrance.
Equipment in each kitchen: Dishwasher, Large fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, electric/induction hob, a complete set of kitchen utensils, cutlery and all types of plates for 12 people, numerous serving dishes, glasses for water, wine, champagne...
The grounds :
The property is set in grounds of around 60,000 m2. Terraces surround the house and are comfortably furnished with garden furniture and modular dining areas to suit your requirements. All around, you will find sun loungers, benches and hammocks scattered around the grounds, which you can arrange as you wish in the shade of the trees or in the sun.
The swimming pool:
This is an overflowing pool, heated if necessary (and on request) and is a lovely 5.5 x 15m. There is a stone terrace and a large grassy area where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent, soothing views. A roller shutter can close off the pool in the evening to keep the water warm and ensure the safety of the little ones.

My main house also in the park. This 2nd house can accommodate up to 8 people. The garden of this house faces north, allowing it to be away from the main villa without being far from it.
It comprises a very large space on the ground floor with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a utility room with a tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom with 2 washbasins, a shower and a bath. I live in this house when it is not rented, I speak English and French, discreet but at your service when necessary. A welcome in Dutch is possible.
