The house
The detached house "Lida" built in 2021, is equipped with every comfort and furnished for 6 people.
Through the front door you enter the living-dining room of about 35 m2.
The open kitchen is equipped with a large built-in fridge, a convection oven/combi microwave, dishwasher, induction hob coffee maker and extractor hood.
From the living room, the hallway leads to the bedroom, equipped with a double box spring (180 x 200) and a wardrobe.
Also from the hallway you enter the spacious bathroom, equipped with walk-in shower and washbasin. Here you will also find the separate toilet.
On the other side of the house are the spacious scullery and the garage.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have a wardrobe.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathroom unit.
The entire ground floor is fitted with ceramic parquet, while the upstairs floor is covered with a PVC floor.
The house is equipped with WIFI and TV with Google Chromecast and a sonos system.
Location of the house
The detached house "Lida" with a garden of 719 m2 is located in a beautiful hilly, in height ranging from 90 to 350 m, wooded area in the southeast of the Dordogne just outside the typical French village of St.Julien-de-Lampon.
The house is located on the D 50, about 100 m from the Dordogne River and 300 m from the centre. From the paved terrace at the front of the house you have a fantastic view of château "Roufillac" .
Equipment of the house
The house is fully equipped, including WIFI, a large fridge, hot air oven/combi microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, sonos system, TV with Google Chromecast, a double box spring (180 x 200cm) and four single beds.
The house is offered with MOUNTED BEDS and FINAL CLEANING.
All six beds come with single duvets.
The kitchen equipment is very complete so there is no need to bring anything with you.
There is no tumble dryer. The house is tiled terrace all around and there is a mobile BBQ.
The swimming pool
Next to the swimming pool, measuring 12m x 5m with a depth of 2m, you will find the canopy where you can sit covered.
The pool is operational from 20 May to 30 September 2023. In consultation, we can cover the pool outside this period so you can swim "inside".
Here you will also find garden furniture consisting of two garden tables with 4 or 6 chairs and two sun loungers by the pool.

If you are interested in castles, the Dordogne region is the place to be.
There are numerous, including the nearby Château Fénelon in Sainte Mondane and Château Les Milandes, made famous by Josephine Baker.
Other fine castles include: Château Hautefort, Château Monfort, Château Beynac, Château Castelnaud.
GROTS
Worth seeing are the numerous prehistoric caves.
The most famous is Lascaux II, where you can visit the replica of the real Lascaux cave.
Grotte de Rouffignac has more than 250 petroglyphs, entrance is by electric train. Grotte de Cougnac is also famous for its many petroglyphs.
Roc St Christophe, has the largest overhanging rock crevice in Europe.
Caves with stalactites include: Grotte du Grand Roc, Grotte de Cougnac, Grotte de Domme and Gouffre de Padirac. You can cruise on an underground tributary of the Dordogne River here.
GARDENS
Gardens to visit are: Les jardins d'eaux in Carsac, Jardins de Cadiot near Carlux,
Jardins d'Eyrignac, the castle gardens at Chateau Hautefort and Les jardins de Marqueyssac.
Further south, in the Lot(46) department, is the city of Cahors.
With its old town areas and its Pont Valentré, this city is well worth a visit. The Cahors region is also famous for its excellent wines, many wine cellars are open to the public.
