Le Pic Epeiche is a bright and comfortable 40 m² detached house, ideal for up to 2 people.
The gîte has a large living room with sitting area and connected TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, etc.) and a separate bedroom with quality bedding.
A modern bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.
The accommodation is completely independent and has its own space, while being located in a property that includes a second gîte. Each has its own privacy, with the layout designed to ensure peace and quiet for everyone.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, in a peaceful, natural setting that's perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Périgord Noir.

Weekly rates are favoured in periods of high demand, with stays from Saturday to Saturday. Stays of 3 nights or more are possible, depending on the season.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is optional (€70).
Bed linen is included in the price.
A deposit of €500 is required on arrival and returned at the end of the stay. This can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.
