The house
Holiday park Village Ocelandes is surrounded by nature and makes a well-groomed impression. The holiday homes are built in quadrants, ensuring the necessary privacy. They all belong to private owners so the furnishings vary. Each house stands on at least 150 m² of land, has a terrace on two sides and a well-tended, well-groomed garden.

Village Océlandes offers atmosphere, conviviality, calm, relaxation, a great beach, a beautiful region and comfortable accommodation.
The region offers numerous possibilities for a successful holiday. The healthy combination of forest and sea air has existed for centuries and is not threatened! It is therefore no coincidence that more and more people are discovering this region as an ideal holiday area in all seasons. Behind the dunes are a number of large and smaller lakes, which make almost any kind of water sport possible.
The beach at Contis Plage is about 7 km away and is easily accessible by car, bicycle or bus.

In the surrounding villages, you will find a variety of shops and cosy restaurants. In the summer, there are several markets with local products.
Within walking distance of Village Ocelandes, you can enjoy a delicious meal at Auberge-du-Born.
Activities
Beach/lakes: The coastal area consists of wide beaches, above which the impressive waves can sometimes rise metres. Perfect for surf-riding! The swimming areas are closely supervised so that even small children can swim and play in safety.
Boat trips: From St. Julien en Born, one can take a 2½-hour boat trip on the Courant de Contis to the vicinity of Contis plage.
(Wild) water canoeing: In St. Michel-Escalus one can rent kayaks and canoes.
Horse riding: On the road to Lac de Léon there is a horse and pony hire company. Various trips of one or more hours can be made through the woods and along the lake. At Contis Plage you can also ride a horse.
Cycling: Cycling through the fragrant pine forests is a real pleasure. Les Landes offers you a magnificent cycling route and is ideally suited to cycling tours.
Golf: The international golf course (18 + 9 holes) "Cote d'Argent" in Moliets is situated in a beautiful setting among pines and near the ocean. Within a radius of 50 km. 5 golf courses are available.
Places worth visiting: Cultural cities such as Dax, Bayonne, Biarritz, St. Jean Pied-de-port, and Bordeaux. Lourdes is also worth a visit.
Cosy seaside resorts: Mimizan, Vieux Boucau, Capbreton and St. Jean de Luz.

Arrivals and departures:
In weeks 29 to 34, arrivals and/or departures are Wednesday and/or Saturday only.
Payment:
The total amount (consisting of the rental fee, additional mandatory costs, deposit and any rental items) must be paid in full before arrival, preferably by bank.
For payments with PayPal, we charge a € 12.50 transaction fee.
Payment terms:
DEPOSIT: 30% of the total amount within 1 week of booking
RESTANT: 70% of the rent 5 weeks before arrival.
If the reservation is 5 weeks or less before arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately
Rent includes:
- Water and electricity
Additional costs (mandatory):
- Booking fee: € 30.00 per booking
- Tourist tax € 1,30 per person per day (from 18 years of age)
- Final cleaning € 75,00
- Deposit € 250,00; this will be returned upon correct delivery of the accommodation
- Energy surcharge in the period 1 October-1 March € 5.00 per day
