Located on the east side with a large terrace.
Ground floor; living room with sitting-area, kitchen/diner. Bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet.
First floor: landing with 3 bedrooms, first bedroom with double bed (160x200). Second bedroom with two single beds. Third bedroom with double bed (140X200) and a mezzanine with 2 single beds 90X200).
Second bathroom with shower and washbasin and a second separate toilet.

Market of Local Farmers every Thursday from 18 PM to 23 PM in Monflanquin with guarantee products directly from Producer to consumer.
Wine producers with French wines (Blancs, Rosés & Rouges) such as Cépages de Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Gamay & Merlot. and also, Monbazillac, Côtes de Bergerac, Pécharmant.

• Free pastry workshop in the courtyard and creation of cup-cakes decorated and made by the children.
• Tuesday joint dinner in the courtyard at Le Vignal.
• Wednesday evening, pizzas to take away in the gite.
• Thursday evening, local producers' market in the Bastide of Monflanquin.
• Night swimming pool one evening during the week with swimming and water games until 10 p.m.
• Football match with parents and children on the football field one evening during the week.

A large secure swimming pool of 14 x 7 meters with 3 levels of depth and a large terrace in exotic wood with deckchairs and anti-UV pergola. Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
A playground with climbing frames, swings and a large trampoline. The leisure area offers a ping-pong table, darts, a petanque court, a volleyball net, a badminton net. Many bikes on loan free for children.
