La Petite Médina is a charming and comfortable holiday home located on the border of La Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne. With a living area of 165 m², this renovated house can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for parties looking for a modern, comfortable quiet and clean environment. Thanks to air conditioning and central heating, the house is comfortable all year round.
Inside
When you enter, every corner speaks comfort, from the bar to the walkway in the loft. The house has a spacious and cosy living room with a nice seating area and television. The large open kitchen (island) is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee (Tassimo) and an ironing set.
There are three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ensuite): a 160 x 200 cm bed.
Bedroom 2: a 140 x 190 cm bed.
Bedroom 3: a 140 x 190 cm bed.
The house has two bathrooms and two toilets.
Outside
Everything outside has also been renewed in a fully fenced plot of 200 m², ensuring privacy and security. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasols and a barbecue (plancha), ideal for cosy meals al fresco. The new private pool is equipped with an alarm system for extra security. Around the pool are sun loungers and an outdoor shower is available.
