We are situated in a tranquil location in the Countryside close to vines, where we walk our dogs regularly. There is lovely woodland walks close by.
Our property benefits from a 8 acre field, with large carp lake and 2 small feeder ponds, which host a beautiful BBQ area in the summer months.

We have a plethora of lovely restaurants to enjoy.
Bergerac and Chateaux Vigiers both offer Michelin star restaurants. However some of the more 'local small french restaurants' must not be overlooked.
We are in the heart of SW France, know for its 'duck dishes' and superb drinking wines, not to mentions the wonderful selection of cheeses and pates on offer in this region and at the local markets.
Activities
On the property we offer a carp lake, 2 x small feeder ponds with BBQ area. We have many tame animals so wonderful for animal loving people. You can walk in the vines, visit lovely Bastide villages, cycle safely in the countryside, or just relax by the swimming pool or lake. The choice is your. In July / August the area offers lots of wine tastings, wonderful markets and of course the infamous night markets, where you can party the night away enjoying the local specialities, wines and dancing. Not to mention the Sunday picnics on the hill in nearby Soumensac, where again you can sample the local delicacies whilst enjoying the most superb view of the countryside. Your hosts will keep you updated on the various events being held during your stay.
For people that enjoy golf Chateau Vigiers offers a 27 hold golf course. There is also golf at Tomboeuf.

Further remarks
This region of France offers an abundance of wonderful foods and wines, markets, chateaux and bastide villages to explore. In the summer months not only do we have the daily markets, but also the night markets where you can enjoy eating al fresco, sampling the local specialities, wines whilst dancing the night away.
