The house
The property is arranged over two floors, with 4 bedrooms all with luxury linens. Also provided are towels,and pool towels for your added comfort.
There are 3 bathrooms one with a jacuzzi tub and rain shower the others are shower rooms. There are lounge areas,and many dining areas. The kitchen has a large Samsung fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, a large Falcon stove (two ovens, grill, and 6 gas burners), a toaster industrial microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a separate wine fridge.
There are 3 terraces two covered, one open in addition to the pool surroundings. The open terrace overlooks the pool stream and pool within large south facing gardens. There is a temperature controlled Weber barbecue for outside cooking.

Location is everything. We offer a secluded location, private and quiet, a perfect getaway for a group of friends or family.
There are plenty of areas to relax on the property. If you would like to explore their area there are numerous walks from the doorstep that are mapped by the local tourist board. Local vineyards are minsutes away where you can taste many varieties of world class wines.
Bonaguil is our Local Chateau. 12 mins from the property. There are many more to choose from just a 20 to 40 min drive. Biron Castle, Chateau de Beynac,Chatelnaud-la Chapelle Castle, Chateau des Milandes. There are electric bikes to rent if you want to travel further afield.if you fancy a yoga class that can be arranged on the property in Sams bespoke Yoga studio creating a calm tranquillity atmosphere.

There are vineyards galore with a large variety on the doorstep. Such as Chateau Monplaisir a beautiful hidden Gem. With 5 star restaurants like the Holodeck at Chateau Chambert to the Loup Blanc at St Martin le Redon. and don’t miss Le Caillou for a tasty meal and a bit of boutique shopping.
Activities
I am a Certified yoga instructor who also rents the property out for yoga retreats in the off-season for venue hire and my own retreats but I’m willing to give classes for holidaymakers that want do yoga whilst using the house as a holiday rental. Though the yoga studio is not part of the holiday rental.

Further remarks
We hope you enjoy our property as much as we do. We fell in love with the vast garden, woods, leat, pond and fruit trees neatly packaged in 2 hectares of land. It is rural but close enough to transport links without being too problematic. The closest airport is Bergerac Airport 50mins in the car. The closest international airport is Toulouse with 1hr 50mins by car I would say a car is a must here. The village Sauveterre la Lemance is a 10 min walk. Villefranche de Perigord is 10 min by car.
