Beautiful holiday home, located in a very quiet area near the village of Tournon d'Ágenais, on a piece of private land of about 7000 m2 (including pond with carp)

The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden. From the conservatory you have a view of both the garden and the private pool. At the front door, you can sit cosily and watch the sun go down over a glass of wine, French bread and cheese.

The house has three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, an air-conditioned conservatory, a flat-screen TV and an equipped kitchen with fridge, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, oven and 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. Towels, kitchen kit and bed linen are provided on request in this property.

Several golf clubs are at a distance of 30-40 km. Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport is 73 km from the accommodation.

The house is a few minutes' drive from the royal fortified town of Tournon d'Agenais. This fortress has, besides a beautiful view over the surroundings, a nice square with nice corners and an old well, a belfry (a medieval watchtower) decorated with a sun clock, the former home of the bishops of Agen and the city walls. In the immediate vicinity you will find a number of caves, such as those at Pech-Merle and Gouffrende Padirac. The capital of the area is Cahors (44 km) and, apart from its nice shops and restaurants, is best known for its oldest Gothic fortress bridge in Europe.

In the town of Tournon d'Agenais itself you will find a small supermarket for daily necessities, a bakery and a butcher. Larger supermarkets can be found in Montaigu de Quercy or in Villeneuve sur Lot and Cahors.
