Flat Olivier is part of Villa Cavi, consisting of 3 holiday homes and is located in the fishing village of Grau d'Agde, 500 metres from the beach and the village square. Villa Cavi is located in a very quiet street with ample parking in front of the door. Within walking distance there are restaurants, shops, a bakery, pharmacy, market and beach.
In 2021, the house received a major refresh and is ready to welcome new holidaymakers.
The flat "Olivier" comprises the entire first floor of the villa and has 3 bedrooms; 2 with a double bed and balcony and one the (children's) bedroom with two single beds. The spacious living room with dining table, corner sofa and lounge area on the mezzanine has large south-facing windows and a sliding door to the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and access to the terrace. At the end of the corridor is a new bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and washing machine.

Made beds on arrival and towels on request
