Bois de La Clauze

Situated in a particularly quiet area, you will find this spacious detached bungalow "Bois de la Clauze" which has a spacious and heated private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m on beautifully maintained private grounds (so completely private use of villa and grounds) of 2500m² with mood lighting for cozy evenings. There is the possibility to rent a third separate spacious bedroom and bathroom in the Poolhouse for friends or noisy kids (it is never rented separately to third parties). The grounds and pool are completely private (so no owner or other tenants on site!). Your pet is allowed with a surcharge and prior notice.
The reception and any assistance during your stay is in Dutch. Sheet and towel set rental is possible.
Layout:
Equipped with a large covered terrace, one enters the spacious modern dining room and lounge with sofas, armchairs, colour TV with Dutch-language channels and with DVD player and a bookcase.
For a chilly or romantic evening, there is also a wood-burning stove. In cold periods, underfloor heating is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with four hobs (halogen), Senseo coffee machine, microwave oven and large fridge, and there is plenty of storage space. There is enough cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for six people. An oven, washing machine and dishwasher are in the adjacent outdoor storage room.
There are two bedrooms in the house itself (possibility of a third spacious bedroom in the pool house) In the villa you will find two bedrooms with in each bedroom a double bed of 1 time 160x 200cm and 1 time 140x200cm and in each bedroom an extra single bed of 90x200cm. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom in the villa has a large corner bath (jacuzzi), sink and shower. There is a separate toilet.
In the "Poolhouse" is a double bed (two beds with 90x200cm mattresses), here is the second bathroom with shower and washbasin. Toilet.
Outside:
Under the covered terrace you will find a small sink . The private pool (heated by solar heating and heat pump ) of 5x10 metres is equipped with underwater lighting and alarm function for the kids . Atmospheric lighting on the terraces. The spacious terraces around the pool are tiled and equipped with sufficient garden furniture. You can always find a shady spot around the house. An awning hangs in the alcove near the kitchen.
