Maison Blok

In a very quiet environment, you will find this detached spacious single-storey villa " Blok " with a spacious heated swimming pool of 8 x 4 m on beautifully maintained and wooded private grounds of 4000m² with the necessary mood lighting for cozy evenings. The property is partially fenced.
The reception on site and any assistance during your stay is in Dutch.
Water consumption and electricity are included in the rental price. If you drive hybrid or electric, we charge a flat fee per week.
Layout:
Equipped with a large terrace with designer furniture, you enter the spacious modern dining room and lounge with sofas, armchairs and Smart TV ( NPO Start Plus and Netflix).
For a chilly or romantic evening, there is also a wood-burning stove .
The renovated kitchen is equipped with four hobs , dishwasher, built-in oven and large fridge and nespresso coffee machine and there is plenty of storage space. There is enough cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for six people. In the adjacent garage you will also find the washing machine.
In the villa you will find 3 bedrooms, two of which have two single beds (box spring type) of 80x200cm and the master bedroom has a double bed of 180 x 200.
There are 2 bathrooms: 1 with bath, double washbasin and WC. Another small bathroom with shower, single sink and WC.
Outside:
Under the shaded terrace you will find plenty of modern garden furniture with comfortable cushions.
The separate south-facing and heated private pool of 4 x8 metres is equipped with underwater lighting and alarm function for the kids ( pool is 15 metres from the house itself ).
Atmospheric lighting on the terraces. You can always find a shady spot around the house.
In short, everything to let you enjoy a carefree holiday .
The garden is largely wooded and thus always creates the necessary shade in warm weather.
