Our village, Sainte Marie la Mer Plage, is a friendly seaside village with a small harbour, market and shops, hardly any high-rise buildings, no crowds, but tapas, terraces and good restaurants with favourable prices and good local wine.
Beautiful hinterland with the mountains of the Pyrenees, Cathar castles and medieval mountain villages. Culture in Perpignan at 14 km with museums, markets, music and street theatre.
