Cosy holiday home located in a nice southern French village with all amenities within walking distance. A 10-minute walk away, you can enjoy a nice beach on a freshwater lake. The house is equipped with all comfort and also very economical on energy consumption, a bit of a green holiday house but still with all comfort.

Vinca is located in the Pyrenees Orientales at the Vinca reservoir. The village is situated at the foot of our biggest mountain the Canigou. Here you can enjoy many walking routes, cycling routes and many water sport activities, but also just doing nothing and enjoying nature can be an option. In our village you have at walking distance also a train station with connection Perpignan and Font-Romeu for the ski area.

We rent our location without bed or bath linen, so you can decide whether or not you want to accept bath linen in the rent. You can also opt to have the cottage cleaned after your stay or clean it yourself. The cottage is equipped with all comforts and kitchen utensils. Our cottage has been recently renovated and has a completely new interior with powerful air conditioning in the bedroom, flat-screen TV and beautifully fitted kitchen, as well as two toilets and a cosy living room.
