Terra is very spacious holiday home on the grounds of the Domaine du Roujos. It has a living area of 140m² and has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor.
Large private terrace 36m² with covered veranda and wooden garden furniture.

Detailed description of furnishings:
TERRA is tastefully and very fully furnished,is surrounded by old plane trees, and has large patio doors opening onto the spacious terrace with covered veranda, where it is lovely to linger on the soft balmy summer evenings. Wooden garden furniture, deck chairs, and BBQ make outdoor dining and lazing a life like God in France.

As there are no thresholds, the house is also suitable for wheelchair users.
The common library above the hall, where you can enjoy a game, read or paint, is available to the two gites.

4 km from the picturesque market village of Beaumont de Lomagne with all amenities yet completely rural.
The numerous lakes, rivers and streams make the area a fertile region with a fantastic patchwork of yellows, oranges and greens.
The beautifully hilly landscape laden with melons, grapes, wheat and sunflowers invites to cycling, walking, swimming or just a car trip . Enjoy the market villages, a "café crème" or a "pastis" on one of the numerous terraces under arcades and plane trees where, on clear days, you can see the peaks of the Pyrenees.

Garlic, sunflower oil, melons, foie gras and magret de canard are the specialities of Gascony/Lomagnol. Further remarks
There are 3 gites on the Roujos estate. These can be rented together for accommodation for up to 14 people, making them very suitable for family reunions.
Bed linen is included in the price.
Outside July and August an extra person per house is possible and costs 60 euros per week

Wij verbleven in het huisje Ocre. Heel fijn, schoon en compleet huis. Heerlijk zwembad. De waterkoker functioneerde niet goed, dit aangegeven en de volgende ochtend kregen we een nieuwe. Fijne service. Veel privacy. Er kwam ook nog een hertje langs. Horren voor de ramen (niet dat er veel insecten zijn maar toch fijn als je de ramen open wilt zetten).

Wat heb ik met mijn vrouw en 2 kinderen ( 2.5 en 4 jaar ) een heerlijk verblijf gehad op landgoed Roujos. Wij hadden gite Occra gehuurd en het eerste wat opviel was de ruimte. Wat groot en leuk ingedeeld. Er is boven een gemeenschappelijk speelruimte voor de kinderen en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Een grote plus is het verwarmd zwembad. De kinderen stonden bibberend in het zwembad in Nederland en in Roujos konden ze heerlijk lang zwemmen. In de buurt heb je genoeg bezienswaardigheden wat aan te rijden is (Toulouse, Montauban, Auch Tarban en nog veel meer). Ons ontvangst op het landgoed was heel hartelijk en ik zou een verblijf hier iedereen durven aan te raden!
