The house
After having rented out our house in Limoux ( Le Tournesol ) to many satisfied holidaymakers for over 20 years, we are now ready for a new adventure. The house in Limoux has been sold and we have bought a new complex in Le Ségur (Tarn) where we would again like to welcome holidaymakers.
Besides our own home, it consists of a gîte (for up to 8 people) and a loft for 2 people. We would like to rent out both these properties again to holidaymakers. We have taken over this complex and will redecorate it to our own taste in the near future. The photos give an impression of how it is now.
The flat (loft) is on the 1st floor and consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 1 large bedroom and fully equipped bathroom. The loft has a pellet stove for cold evenings and reversible air conditioning.
The loft also has a large terrace from where you have a nice view over the garden.
In this garden you will find the large (heated) swimming pool. You also have access to a (gas) bbq.
on our complex we also rent out an 8-person gîte.

Le Ségur is a small rural village with only a bakery around the corner. In the immediate vicinity, you will find all the necessary shops for your supplies in the various villages and towns. of course, there are also various markets to visit for your fresh vegetables, fruit and cheese.
The house has a large garden where you can enjoy the large swimming pool, the jeu de boules court or one of the seats in the garden where you can relax or enjoy a book.

Activities
Le Ségur is a small village with about 250 inhabitants. Around the corner from the house there is a bakery for your daily fresh bread. For other groceries, you will find several places in the area with large supermarkets.
The quiet surroundings are perfect for beautiful cycling and walking tours through the rolling countryside. In the immediate vicinity you will find many interesting places to discover.
- Cordes sur Ciel ( at 12 km ). is a beautiful old medieval bastide that asks to be visited.
- Albi ( at 28 km ) is the provincial capital with a beautiful old centre and the largest brick cathedral in Europe !!! Albi is also on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Here you will also find, among other things, the Toulouse Lautrec museum which is definitely worth a visit.
- Monestiés ( at 7 km ) , a nice old town.
- Najac ( 24 km ) with the beautiful Gorges d'Aveyron. A beautiful gorge with many views.
- Saint Martin Laguepie ( at 11 km ) , old village with cosy centre and swimming possibilities in the river.
- Gaillac ( 36 km ) with the oldest vineyards of France.
