La Rabouillère is an authentic stone house, beautifully renovated in 2020, situated on a flat plot of 4100m2. The house is at the end of a 100-metre private road.

Surrounded by a lush garden, where the sun shines all day, the house offers breathtaking views of the village of Fayence to the north. The villa has a generous 10 x 5m swimming pool, complete with a heat pump for year-round swimming pleasure. The pool is secured with an electric shutter and convenient for little ones thanks to the wide stairs.

The first floor, accessible via an external staircase, is ideal for a family with 2 children. Here there is a spacious double bedroom with washbasin, accessible from a twin bedroom. A shower room with dressing room completes this floor, both rooms equipped with air conditioning and a separate toilet.

The stone terrace surrounds the house, with a southern part covered with beautiful trumpet flowers for shade during the hot afternoon hours. On the north side, a boules court and a large stone table await for cosy sunset dinners overlooking Fayence. A beautiful covered summer kitchen with a 3-metre wooden table and a plancha provides the ideal spot for meals in the shade, with stunning views on both the south and north sides.
