Villa Beau Site

A narrow side road takes you higher up to an electric gate where you enter the driveway of Villa Beau Site. There is room for several cars within the fence.

The villa is set in 1200 m² of land, which is partly fenced, as the end of the garden has no wiring where it passes into a lower-lying piece of land. The greenery in the garden is overwhelming in summer and offers a lot of privacy. The variety of flowers and plants is enormous, with palms, wisteria, mimosa...

The pool is bean-shaped and measures 11 m by 4 m, with a depth of 1.9 m. There is a beach at the pool with a depth of 40 cm. Ideal for the children or to relax by the poolside yourself. In spring, a new wooden terrace was laid around the pool. Next to it, shade was provided by installing a biothermal pergola, which represents a covered terrace with adjustable shade system.

The authentic villa consists of 2 floors that are entirely at the disposal of the tenants.

The ground floor is characterised by a cosy and covered outdoor terrace, adjacent to the kitchen and the living room. From here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the pool terrace, located just a bit lower.

The villa has an area of 150 m² and consists of a cosy open space with large dining table and sitting area with comfortable leather seats. A classic interior maintains the authentic style of the house. An open staircase next to the sitting area leads to the upper floor. The staircase is fitted with a children's gate, so as a family with young children you need not fear.

Both the kitchen and the living room open onto the terrace with French doors. The kitchen is very sunny and equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, freezer and all kinds of small kitchen utensils.

Once upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms - all air-conditioned - each overlooking the garden and pool terrace, south facing. Two bedrooms have a 160 x 200 cm double bed and ample wardrobe space. A third bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, single sink and bidet. The other bathroom has a shower and washbasin.

There is a separate toilet both on the ground floor and on the first floor.

The house is a traditional construction with solid walls so it transmits less heat and thus stays cooler during summer.
