EXTERIOR
Mas dei Faggella is situated on a beautiful plot of over 3000 m2. The beautiful trees surrounding the luxury villa provide a wonderful sight and plenty of shade.
This heavenly spot, with a wide view over the vineyards, can accommodate 10 people and is an ideal holiday address for enjoyable trips. The large 13x5-metre swimming pool is heatable on request. The large dining table on the terrace under the old plane trees, a lounge set and a large hammock in which you can dream away with a delicious glass of local rosé complete the picture. In 2020, a covered terrace was built with a beautiful outdoor kitchen and BBQ, giving you an extra place to socialise as a party.

There are also some nice extras for the children like various board games and a Kubb game that can be played outside. There are children's petanque balls but also a large lawn with a goal and a swing where they can play to their heart's content. The Mas is located directly among the vineyards of Valréas and offers plenty of space peace and privacy.

INTERIOR
Mas dei Faggella is a completely renovated luxury villa in Valréas. This spacious holiday home has a particularly beautiful interior. You enter the open living space with spacious high ceilings, where on the left side is the dining area with large dining table for 10 people and adjacent the open kitchen with cooking island.

The kitchen is contemporary with an electric oven, 5 burner - electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and an American fridge with ice/water dispenser. Of course, a Nespresso coffee machine is not missing.

The staircase to go upstairs separates the dining area from the living area, making the living room feel closed off and creating cosiness and snugness. This right side, where the living room is located, you have a comfortable large sofa, an armchair and a large flat-screen TV with WIFI. The wooden fireplace completes this relaxing space.

On the ground floor you will also find two separate toilets and three of the five 2-person bedrooms. The first double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with spacious single sink and walk-in shower. The other two double bedrooms are in a secluded hallway, one of which has a double bedroom with twin beds and a separate bathroom with single washbasin and walk-in shower. And the last 2-bedroom on the ground floor has a spacious luxury ensuite bathroom with modern freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, single washbasin and toilet. French doors allow you to immediately enjoy the first rays of sunshine through this private bedroom.

Entering the first floor via the staircase, we arrive at a beautiful landing with balustrade, where we have a nice view over the tastefully decorated living space from above. For those who want to secretly answer their mails, they can retreat to the wider part of the landing. A desk area has been created here. You will also find two 2-bedrooms here, each with its own bathroom. The first double bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite bathroom with toilet (separated with a curtain), shower and single washbasin. The other double bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single washbasin.
