Lortal

Fantastic traditional french property with a great pool and a large garden.
We recently had a fantastic two week holiday at Lortal and Petite Lortal with our with our extended family. Brilliant house in a beautiful setting, with a great swimming pool which can be used by the whole family. Perfect location and a short drive to the nearby picturesque town of Belves. Lots to see and do in the area, with numerous chateaux and gardens all within a short drive. The property is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. Would highly recommend this property for a family holiday, we all look forward to returning soon!

We spent two wonderful weeks with three generations of family (10 in total) in Lortal and Petite Lortal. Lortal is a beautifully renovated old building, well equipped with all modern facilities. Petite Lortal provided us as grandparents rest and privacy. We enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the beautiful gardens. The place is perfectly suited for small kids (slide, sandbox, playhouse). Lortal is located in a beautiful, peaceful area. Highly recommended for a family holiday.

Een heerlijk en ruim vakantiehuis met veel voorzieningen. Het huis bevindt zich in een rustige en landelijke omgeving en toch nabij leuke plaatsjes zoals Belvès, Domme, Sarlat en Bergerac. De woning heeft een fijn zwembad, een goed geoutilleerde keuken en heerlijke slaapkamers (met airco op de bovenste verdieping). Een aanrader voor families!

Wij hebben een super fijne vakantie gehad in Lortal! Het huis is gezellig, ruim, schoon en van alles, en dan nog meer, voorzien. De veranda is prettig om s'morgens te ontbijten en nog van de avond in de behagelijke lounge set na te genieten. Het heerlijke zwembad schoon en groot. Tuin goed onderhouden en uitzicht prachtig naar het bos toe. Kortom aan alle wensen wordt voldaan. Het contact met de eigenaren heel vriendelijk.
Je kunt aan het huis voelen dat het met veel liefde (voor de kinderen en kleinkinderen) is verbouwd tot een heerlijk verblijf. Lortal ligt gunstig om vele leuke uitstapjes te maken.
Tip: Castelnaud en tuinen van Marquissac, Sarlat met gezellige markt op zaterdagmorgen, kano varen op de Dordogne, Belves enz.
Kortom, Renée en André heel erg bedankt dat wij heel even mee mochten genieten van jullie fantastisch mooie plek in la douce France!

We had a really great family stay in Lortal house. Charming location, perfectly equipped and confortable house, amazing outside space. Our hosts have a great sense of details and you can feel it in all the corners of the house. I definitely recommend it for a bucolic and countryside pause, you will find there everything you need!
