The house
Chambre d'hôte Celine, B&B, at Domaine La Garenne. The room is located at the manor, a former hunting lodge, and has a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a bedroom with sitting area, wardrobe and a box spring double bed of 160x200 with hotel quality mattress. Beautiful location in nature but with village and city in the vicinity. Chambre Alida , is situated in the "forest/land house" where another B&B room is housed; Chambre Céline. The house has a spacious terrace and conservatory where you can also dine. The location is almost in the forest. The village of Saint Jean de Côle is 900 metres away.

Restaurants, food & wine
Host Leen and hostess Leida have a good reputation when it comes to good food and drink. These "old hands" in the catering business like to cook purely with products from their own garden and environment of free-range and/or organic origin. In consultation with the guests, they cook from a simple meal to an extensive dinner. Culinary arrangements are possible according to the wishes and the number of guests. In the village of St.Jean de Côle, 900 meters away, are three good restaurants and in the immediate vicinity and cities like Brantome and Perigueux there is a wide range of culinary delights.
Activities
On the lower meadow there is a swimming pool of 8 x 5meter, general terrace by the pool, various games and books, trampoline, football table and a "jeu de boules" Petanque job (also for Molky game), bicycle rental (bike path at the entrance of the country road), wine cellar, vegetable garden and greenhouse. It is possible to dine, from a day's snack to a menu of products from the garden and the surrounding area on the terrace of the house or in the conservatory at L&L, who have extensive experience in catering.

Please indicate in time if you would like to have dinner on the day of arrival. In the room there is a small fridge, coffee/tea and water. For long stays it is possible to use the kitchen and BBQ. Bicycles for rent. Use of swimming pool in the summer months.
