The house
This villa is new build and has been decorated in a modern style and equipped with all modern conveniences also.
Suitable for 2 x 6 persons or 12 persons in total. The villa offers on both floors a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and a washing machine.
On the ground floor you will found an extra large hob and oven. On the first floor there is an induction cooker and oven.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 1x2 and 1x4 persons. Two foldable baby beds are at your disposal. In the living room is also a sofa bed which you can expand with another 2 persons if necessary.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with 1x2 single beds en 1x3 single beds. There is room enough to put a babybed. In the living room is also a sofa bed which you can expand with another 2 persons if necessary.
In the garden you will find a private swimmingpool which is fenced, a playground with swing and slide, and petanque / jeux de boule ground.
Dogs are allowed.

The villa is located at 1km away from Les Vans, south of Ardèche.
It is in a dead-end street without passage, calm guaranteed ! With private parking.
This region is characterized by the alternation of rough nature and high mountains but also by the many fruit trees, vineyards, olive groves, chestnuts, goat cheese and the many types of honey.

Activities
Bathe in beautiful rivers lost in nature
Near the villa flows the river « Chassezac ». The water is clear and refreshing. You will find an oasis of peace here. You can make beautiful walks along the river, you can swim, canoeing, fishing or just enjoying your time. A beautiful paradise.
Shopping
In the village is a cozy market on saturday morning with lots of local products. There are many terraces, delicious and cozy restaurants and a large variety of shops. There are two supermarkets (Super U and Carrefour), two pharmacists and doctors, and several bakkeries.
Also in the neighbourhood are beautiful villages that are known for their monuments, which are well worth a visit. Markets are organized every day in a different village.
Hiking
There are beautiful hiking trails through delicious peach and cherry yards which leads you to beautiful places.
Biking
You can enjoy biking on the numerous routes, with or without a guide, all distances available. Renting a bike is possible to discover the environment.
Canoe
As the village is located near a famous river, you can hire a canoe at many places. A funny way to discover the environment troughout the water.
Paragliding
From the villas you are looking at the “Serre de Barre”, a high mountain where you see the paragliders jumping of. A spectacular happening which you can try with an instructor!
Touristic
Vallon Pont D’ Arc (30 minutes by car)
Visiting the Pont d'Arc (natural bridge over the water) is really worth it, you can also swim there and canoeing.
The famous Cave of Pont d'Arc is open sinds spring 2015.
A lot of other caves are in the neighbourhood, a few kilometers away only.
Bois de Païolive
A beautiful wood with lots of rocks made of limestone. The sound of crickets and birds is an experience in itself.
The range of activities is huge. On request we can provide you further information, or the Office of Tourism can guide you. Some information is already available in the villas.
