Le Chêne is a renovated large holiday home.
It is located in a very quiet area and offers breathtaking views.
This large house can accommodate up to 10 people.
You have a private swimming pool of 9.5 by 4.5 m surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace. The pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.
The centre of Les Vans is 2 km away, where you can find a bakery, butcher and supermarket.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 separate toilets.
The large living area with fully equipped kitchen has large patio doors leading to a beautiful terrace.
At the front, there is a small covered terrace with barbecue.

If you love French cuisine, you will find many very good restaurants with local cuisine in the immediate vicinity.
For the wine lover, there are several local 'caves' where you can taste delicious wines.
And another fun fact: Piet Huysentruyt's restaurant 'Likoké' is located in Les Vans at 2 km from Chassagnes, reservations are definitely recommended!
Activities
This holiday home is located near the beautiful Bois de Païolive. It is characterised by beautiful rock formations, various viewpoints and a diversity of fauna and flora. Many beautiful walking routes start here.
At only 500 m. from the house you can also start a kayak tour on the river Chassezac. You will be brought back to the starting point by bus.
The area is also a real challenge for both the experienced and the recreational cyclist.
If you like to visit a local market, then the markets of Les Vans, Joyeuse, Ruoms, Lablachère are highly recommended.
In high season Les Vans also has a traditional market every Tuesday evening.
