Gîte de Chapelèche "Les Glycines"

This gîte is situated in a detached house, with no facing building and independent access.
The gîte has a living space 130 m² of space and is suitable for four to ten people.
Here is how the living rooms are distributed:
* On level 1 :
- a 13 m² bedroom with a double bed (length: 190 cm, width: 140 cm), a table, + an adjacent 3 m² cloakroom with a mirror cabinet + a door to the inner courtyard + 1 south window + curtains.
- a 3.5 m² shower room with 1 toilet and 1 washbasin
- a 3 m² shower room including an Italian shower and a washbasin
- a 4 m² hallway
- an 8 m² bedroom with 2 bunk beds (length: 200 cm, width: 90 cm), a table, a chest of drawers, a corner washbasin with cold and hot water. This room is accessible from the outside (outside courtyard).
* On level 2 :
- an entrance hall of 2 m² with a large storage cupboard, with a door allowing access to the 1st level.
- a 3 m² vestibule with a retractable ladder for access to the mezzanine
- a bright 21 m² bedroom with a large panoramic south-facing bay window (with curtains), with a double bed (length: 190 cm, width: 140 cm), a desk, a chest of drawers, a mirror cabinet and a Provencal wardrobe. This room has an Ethernet access.
- A living room / kitchen / dining room forming a single space of 38 m² with a wood stove (wood provided), 2 large bay windows (one to the East, one to the South), a glass door to the West allowing access to a terrace on the same level, two double sofa beds (length: 200 cm, width: 140 cm), a large rectangular table for up to 10 people + 10 chairs, a monitor with DVD player.
Kitchen equipped with: a very large sideboard, cupboards, crockery (for up to 10 people), full set of kitchen utensils, fridge-freezer (height: 160 cm, width: 60 cm, depth: 60 cm), gas hob, electric oven, double sink with hot and cold water, 5 waste bins (selective sorting)
- a 5 m² shower room including a washbasin, a spacious Italian shower (hot and cold water), a washing machine.
- an outside terrace of 13 m², facing south, totally shaded by a wisteria with a view over the Monts d'Ardèche, on the same level as the living room/kitchen (access via a metal balcony overlooking the inner courtyard). This terrace is surrounded by a metal balustrade on the south side and a 1.30 m high wall on the east and north sides, providing perfect privacy. A round wrought iron table + glass top + 10 garden chairs.
- A mezzanine of 11 m² accessible from the hallway (height under the ridge: 1.30 m) including a double bed (length: 190 cm, width: 140 cm) and two Velux roof windows.
