The house
Downstairs: The living room has a cosy fireplace and is equipped with central heating and TV with Dutch channels. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, sideboard and is tastefully decorated. You have free access to the Wifi network in the house. In the hall is a separate toilet and a door to the sleeping area on the ground floor. Behind this door is a second hallway with access to two bedrooms and the bathroom with bath. The beds are made on arrival.
Upstairs: 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a covered terrace.
Garden and pool: Back downstairs, you walk from the living room through the sliding doors onto the spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace has a large table with eight chairs. The garden and terrace can enjoy the sun all day long. Part of the terrace is covered so you can also enjoy some shade. The garden is well-fenced and offers plenty of privacy. The private pool is 9 x 4.5m. The private pool is open from April to October. There are adjustable sunbeds by the pool. The pool is securely closed with an electric roller cover. Pool heating allows the pool to be heated throughout the rental season. Professionals provide weekly maintenance.
A quiet dog is allowed in this villa.

Villa Lune is a detached villa for 8 persons situated in a luxury villa park. The cultural wealth of Ardeche
Although the area is mainly dominated by its rugged natural beauty and swaying vineyards, it has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of Villa Lune, once started as a monastery. Around it, a village slowly grew up which is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Do you prefer to stay close to the holiday park? Then make sure you spend an afternoon in Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historical town and centre for cultural tourism.
It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose for a holiday in Villa Lune. The great variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and towards nightfall, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear on the forest edges. In the many caves, countless bats hibernate.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!
