The house
This spacious and tastefully decorated villa with 4 bedrooms (equipped with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms is located in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park and the villa and garden offer a lot of privacy. The villa was fitted with solar panels at the end of 2022. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open-plan kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge (2), coffee maker and Senseo and a combination microwave with oven function.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor (this one has a shower, suitable for disabled people) and 1 on the first floor (this one has a bathtub) . The first bathroom has a washbasin, bathtub and toilet. The second bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. There are also 2 more double bedrooms on this floor. The beds can also be made up as single beds. The beds are made up on arrival.
From the villa you walk through the French doors straight into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden has a large terrace. The private pool is open from April to October.
The villa also has a washing machine, ironing facilities and Wifi internet. At the villa itself there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park. There is also a charging station available for charging your electric car, at a cost of € 0.50 per kWh.

The cultural wealth of the Ardeche
Although the area around Villa Avallon is mainly dominated by rough nature and swaying vineyards, the area has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of Villa Avallon, once started out as a monastery. Around it, a village slowly grew up which is now a popular holiday spot.

The beautiful surroundings of Villa Avallon
It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose to holiday in Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The great variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and towards nightfall, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear on the forest edges. Countless bats hibernate in the many caves.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!

Prachtig huis en heerlijk zwembad maar zonder airco en met een temperatuur van tegen de 40 graden is het eigenlijk nergens meer leuk. Als we nog een keer die kant opgaan dat vinken we bij het zoeken als eerste de airco aan! Als je in een periode gaat wanneer het tussen de 20 en 30 graden is dan is dit huis zeker een aanrader. En we hebben er zelf voor gekozen om in een tijd te gaan wanneer je deze temperaturen kunt verwachten, dus een beetje eigen schuld!

This villa is situated in a park. The park is situated in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. The park has various communal facilities including a large swimming pool with a children's pool and tennis courts that you can use.
This villa has a lockable passage to Villa 60 and can therefore be rented together for larger groups or families who want to spend their holidays together.
