Villa Le Lézard

Villa Le Lézard is located on the outer edge of the beautiful and peaceful holiday park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche with a beautiful view of the Ardeche ridge, near the picturesque village of Vallon pont d'Arc. There are around 100 holiday villas on the holiday park, guests may use the tennis courts and communal swimming pool free of charge.

Accommodation: 6 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
The villa is well maintained and furnished with taste.

Ground floor: The living room has comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Dining area with 6 chairs and an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, American fridge (with ice machine), coffee machine, dishwasher and combi oven/microwave. There is also a washing machine. Master bedroom for 2 with French doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the garden. The beds are made on arrival. This bedroom has a safe and air conditioning. Second bedroom with garden doors and air conditioning. Bathroom with bath (shower in bath), washbasin and separate toilet.

First floor: Two double bedrooms with air conditioning. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Covered terrace with sitting area and beautiful wide views.

Outside: The garden faces south which means you have sun all day but there are also nice shady spots in the garden under the veranda and in the covered lounge area where you can enjoy a nice book and a good glass of wine. The garden is completely fenced and enclosed. This gives you plenty of privacy. The private swimming pool (10.40m X 4.10m) is surrounded by a terrace with luxurious sun beds and parasols. The private pool is open from April to October. Covered veranda with luxury garden furniture so you can enjoy eating in the shade. Of course, a Weber gas barbecue is at your disposal! In the cooler months, you can use the pool heater so that you can enjoy the pool to the full in spring and autumn. The villa is located on a spacious plot of 800 m2. In the evening, the garden is beautifully illuminated. Parking space for 2 cars.
