The villa has four spacious bedrooms, three of which are air-conditioned and one with a ceiling fan. The master bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with extra-long beds (210 cm), direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom with bathtub, toilet and a comfortable layout. There is also another bedroom for two on the ground floor and an extra toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You also enjoy the covered terrace with seating area here.

The garden is a true masterpiece, designed by an architect and laid out in such a way - that you can choose between sun or cooling shade throughout the day, with your privacy guaranteed from all sides. Splash in the private pool (9 x 4.5 m, with a depth ranging from 0.60m to 2m), surrounded by luxurious sun beds.

Enjoy your meals under the covered terrace, under the shady mulberry trees, or play a game of bocce on your own court. In the cooler months, the pool can be heated (at extra cost) - so you can enjoy this dream location all season long.

Located within walking distance of the river and close to picturesque Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Villa Chanteauvent is the perfect base for adventurous outings and relaxing days. In high season, a food truck with, for example, pizza or chicken is regularly on the park and you can order sandwiches and snacks at reception. Various activities are also organised in high season, such as: rental of electric bikes, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga, tournaments such as football and jeu de boules, kids activities, horse riding, walks, stepping through the vineyard or a wine tasting. Excellent facilities are also available at the park: a large communal swimming pool, children's pool, playground and tennis and volleyball courts - all freely accessible to you as a guest.
