La Terrasse, Domaine de Vincenti

Sweeten your life: the charming villa of “La Terrasse,” 165 m2, is located at the Gates of Provence, in the Drôme Valley, at the Domaine de Vincenti, our family estate for over four centuries. We installed it in an old stone building. It is fully equipped and it offers an exceptional comfort. It is elegantly and very tastefully decorated with plenty of space, light and charm. The domain has a park of more than 24 acres, with a tennis court, a swimming pool and children's playground. Contact us at "le Domaine de Vincenti", for the conditions applying to shorts stays of 2 to 6 nights. During summer, we rent from Monday to Monday.
The ground floor includes a spacious living-dining-room of 40 m2, an open kitchen, a toilet with WC and a laundry. The living room is very large, with high ceilings, two comfortable sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, ancient furniture and a fireplace to spend cozy hours by the fire. We installed a complete Home Cinema with a Bluetooth connection for you to listen to your preferred music or watch your favorite movies and pictures on the flat screen. The dining table can accommodate 10 people; the dishes of white Limoges porcelain and the cutlery are elegant and you will be charmed by the simplicity, taste and purity of the decoration. The living room and the kitchen open to a beautiful covered terrace of 60 m2 with patio furniture. There is also a second terrace open to the park and equipped with a gas barbecue and its own set of patio furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and appliances: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, food processor, steamer, blender... The laundry-room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner...
The villa is also equipped with an excellent gas-powered central heating system: everything has been planned for to provide you with a most convenient time in Vincenti. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with WC, both being attached to the bedrooms. In the second floor, there are another 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with WC, one of them being attached to a bedroom. We selected your bedding with great care, in order to give you maximum comfort: we also prepare the villa according to the specific needs of your family and 4 bedrooms can be arranged either with a double bed 180x200 cm (King size) or two separate beds 90x200. The 5th bedroom is either prepared with one 160x200 cm double bed (Queen size) or two 80x200 single beds. When you arrive at Vincenti, your rooms and your bathrooms will be ready, carefully prepared with high quality linen, duvets and towels. If necessary, we add baby beds, high chairs and changing tables: we want to offer the best environment for your little ones, who will find some toys upon their arrival.
