La Grande Terre

In the south of France in the Drôme Provence lies the nature reserve "Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provencales" here, at an altitude of 900 metres, is the village of Pelleret, a hameau of the municipality of Mévouillon.
In an oasis of space, peace and beauty and with a fantastic view, our villa with swimming pool, for 2-4 people, is located on "La Grande Terre".
There are only a few houses together.
Free-standing with wide views of the mountains, the Baronnies, it could not be more French.
Free living, so very quiet (safe for small children and/or pets).
La Grande Terre lies between the lavender fields just outside Pelleret, our terrain of one hectare is situated on a slope, it is divided into three equal terraces (nivaus)
On the middle level is the mas (private) inhabited by Joke and Chris Högemann, the Dutch owners.
The mas and the gîte each have their own entrance.
The gîte with the rental pool is located on the highest level.
It also has its own parking for two cars and a lot of privacy.
The gîte is fully furnished and fully equipped, and consists of a large living room, plus double sofa bed and kitchen, which is located on the upper level where the entrance and the swimming pool are.
There is a wood-burning stove for heating.
The bedroom with twin beds (180x200), bathroom with shower and separate toilet (located on the middle level).
