The house
Large cosy house, classed Meublé de tourisme 3 stars, with a view of the fields, perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The house adjoins the studio, both can be rented together, please contact me for further information.
On the ground floor the house offers a private terrace, a large 50m2 living space with fully-fitted kitchen, and a toilet with shower. Upstairs there are 2 large double bedrooms (one 140×200 and one 140×190 bed) a children’s bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (all 90×190 beds) and a shower room. Beds are made on arrival. Towels provided
Equipment: electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hair dryer.
Shared summer lounge with gas BBQ, shared games room with ping pong table and billiard table and fitnes room.
Free parking on site.

Activities
Cycling, hiking and running are possible directly from the “la clé des champs”. Local sites include Combe Laval, Bourne canyon, Choranche caves and mutiple waterfalls. Saint Laurent en Royans is also a central base for mutiple activities, which allows quick access to the different plateaux in the Vercors, to the climbing sites such as Presles cliffs, to the Leoncel canyon for canyoning and the Saint Jean en Royans airfield for panoramic flights of the Vercors.
There is a games room with ping pong table, billard table, fitness room, local maps and board games.Enjoy :-)!
