This villa with private pool has a large comfortably furnished living room with fireplace, sitting area and dining area with large table. There is a second living area in the adjacent studio. The two parts can be combined to create a large area of 90 m2. You will find a large television with over 100 channels, a DVD player with films and two music installations. The living room opens up to a covered terrace with garden furniture.
10 beds are available in 5 comfortable rooms (3 bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds) - The studio has two single beds. A sixth room is available and provides two additional beds (a baby and a child).
There are two modern bathrooms in the villa. Both are equipped with two sinks, bathtub, shower. There are two separate toilets. The third bathroom with toilet is located near the pool.
The kitchen is comfortably equipped for 10 people. You will find a dishwasher, a microwave oven, traditional four and two large fridge freezers. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink etc.
For the little ones, a cot is available as well as 3 high chairs and a bathtub for babies. For people with disabilities, there is also a wheelchair.
The swimming pool (10 x 5/7 meters) has a stone staircase. Around the pool, there is a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is illuminated. Next to the pool, there is a small outbuilding with a bathroom with shower and toilet. It also has a summer kitchen with bar, refrigerator and stove.
In the garden of 4000 m2, there are many trees (cherry, hazelnut, fig, olive, palm, cypress, etc.).
There is a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
On the grounds, there is also a large garage and a garden shed.
You have access at Tulette Tourist Office, 20 meters from the bakery where you can pick up your bread every day.
