Located in the hilly countryside, at the beginning of a path leading to a large forest.
The detached cottage has an enclosed orchard garden facing south.
Your dog will also have plenty of space here!

The old country cottage is cosy and practically furnished. It offers every comfort.

Villages such as St.Maigner Pionsat St.Gervais D'Auvergne with all amenities are a few km away.

- Your dog is welcome and free of charge.
- Large free garden around the house and private driveway. Car or motorbike can be parked in the barn.
- Entrance through the French conservatory.
- Living/dining room with wood-burning stove, sitting area, long dining table and French china cabinet.
- Heating by air-air heat pump and solid Dovre wood-burning stove.
- Kitchen, with 4-burner gas hob/oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, extensive crockery and cutlery.
- Bathroom/toilet on ground floor.
- Spiral staircase leads to the second sitting room (vide/mezzanine), 2 leather armchairs, bookcase with books/DVDs. Satellite TV-radio, DVD, CD player.
- From here access to the first bedroom with 1 double bed. 1.60 X 2.00, large wardrobe.
- Upper floor: bedroom with 'owl hole' windows and two single beds 2.00 x 80.
- The vaulted wine cellar can be reached from outside. It contains a microwave oven, washing machine and freezer.
- The terrace has an oak garden table with parasol and wooden chairs.
- The orchard garden has several seating areas with their own atmosphere and views.
- Garden chairs, deck chairs, BBQ.

Bed bath and kitchen linen are included in the price.

Common kitchen utensils are provided for the first day(s), such as pepper, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, olive oil, vinegar, kitchen/toilet rolls, detergents for the washing machine, dishwasher and washing dishes. Please replenish what you have used yourself.

Further included:
- 1 filled basket of stove wood, more wood is available at cost.
- Wifi, 4G internet,(60GB per week).
- Satellite TV / Radio, DVD.
- butane gas (cooking).
-10 Kwh electricity per day, (which is more than enough!), additional consumption costs €0.40 per Kwh
