The house
Ground floor has views over the garden, chapel and fields with garden furniture.
The cottage has a lovely oak beamed lounge with stone wall, sofa bed , two armchairs,French TV with DVD player,radio/CD player,a dining table and chairs,a fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave, a shower room with hand basin and WC.
Upstairs is a double bedroom, two single bedrooms with chestnut floorboards,oak beams and a cot.
Hair dryer.
Gas central heating for out of season bookings from 1/11 @ 50 euros

The stone cottage dates back to 1789 and is in a small hamlet just 3 km from the town of Melrand.
It has views over the garden, chapel and fields.

Het is werkelijk een schattige gite ,we voelden ons helemaal thuis.
De eigenaren ontvingen ons allerhartelijkst,het zijn Britten die daar al lange tijd wonen en dat maakt de conversatie ook een stuk makkelijker.
Sainte Price is een gehucht met maar 2 huizen en een kapel dus het is er ontzettend stil ,je komt er heerlijk tot rust. We hebben genotenRosalinde from Amsterdam,
Aan dit huisje is veel aandacht besteed en alles is netjes en schoon. Zeer aardige hosts. Fijne sfeer, mooie omgeving. Grote tuin. De tuin is aan de andere kant vd weg (waar maar heel af en toe een auto voorbij komt). Maar als je kleine kinderen hebt die nog niet kunnen uitkijken is t wel goed om er rekening mee te houden. Er zit een leuke Creperie in Melrand

Een geweldig mooi gerenoveerde gite, zeer aardige (Engelse) eigenaren en een bijzonder fraaie omgeving. Als je wilt bijkomen van de drukte, zit je hier goed! In Melrand is een uitstekende bakker en het lokale restaurant serveert een lunchmenu voor € 13,- , inclusief wijn of bier. Ondanks dat het regenachtig was, hebben wij het erg naar onze zin gehad! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
