The house
Welcome to Chateau de la Raffe!
Here you can spend your holiday in a lovingly restored 19th century castle with original Art Nouveau windows and fireplaces.
The complet , about 250 m2 large west wing of the castle with private entrance is at your disposal .
The castle is surrounded by a 7.5 ha large park with old trees and meadows. Through the quiet park streams a small river creating many a cosy spot, which are worth exploring. The park has a swimming pool, which gets its water supply from the river, a table tennis table and a barbecue.There are several cosy seating areas, with direct view of the park or of the front of the castle.
The park is completely enclosed, so you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay here.
The Westwing of the castle is completely yours, with on the ground floor:
Large living room with Art Nouveau windows, fire place and comfortable sofas, TV, DVD-player, games.
Dining room with wine cupboard.
Kitchen with American fridge/freezer with ice maker, large stove with 5 burners and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. WC
First floor:
Three bedrooms, bedlinen is included. ( two double beds, one single)
Bathroom with bath, WC, hair dryer and towels.
Washing machine and laundry area.
Second floor:
Three bedrooms, bedlinen is included ( two double beds, one single)
Outside there is a large park with several seating areas, garden furniture and parasol, gas barbecue, table tennis, historical bikes dating from the 1930s-1940s.
