The house
Holiday home Moulin des Sablons is a charming gÎte with character. Upon entering, the atmospheric wood construction with beams and pierre apparant walls surprise. It contains 3 sleeping accommodations, one with a double bed 160x200, one with two single beds 90x200 and a loft with a double bed 140x190. A baby cot can be added if required. We provide pillows and duvet, please bring the covers and bath and kitchen linen. Equipped with kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and bathroom with utensils. TV, Wifi available. In the evening you can warm yourself by the wood fire in the fireplace. P.s. You can also rent duvet covers and bath and kitchen linen from us.

Holiday home Moulin des Sablons is located in the Parc Naturel Regional du Perche in Lower Normandy. A wonderful place to relax with plenty of space, peace and nature. At about 7 hours drive from Utrecht.
There are beautiful walks and mountain bike tours in the area. Possibility to bring a horse or donkey, stables and pasture available. The surroundings are comparable to South Limburg. It is up to you to discover this beautiful piece of France. Also in winter, the Perche is worth a visit. After a nice walk, enjoy the wonderful warmth of the wood stove. If you do not like the hectic Christmas and New Year's Eve, this is the right environment for you.
Also, a day trip to Versailles, Paris, le Mont-Saint-Michel and the landing beaches (Omaha Beach etc.) with the Musée du Débarquement
in Arromanches to the possibilities.

Wat hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad bij Joke en Ger! De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn alleraardigst en hebben hun eigen paradijsje in een prachtig dalletje. Het appartement is gigantisch en de faciliteiten zijn perfect! Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad en kunnen iedereen dit aanraden, wat ons betreft een pareltje. Nogmaals hartelijk dank voor alles!

The holiday home can be rented all year round and is equipped with central heating and wood-burning stove in the fireplace.
Heating costs are charged based on the litres of fuel oil consumed (at purchase price).
There is also the possibility to fire the wood stove 55,- euro/m3.

In the low season 01-09-2023 to 31-05-2024 is the weekly price 450 euros here is still the heating and possibly rent bed linen.
What are the heating costs?
For the central heating this is the purchase price of the fuel oil times the number of litres consumed by you.
For the wood-burning stove, it is 55 euros per cubic metre of wood.
What are the cleaning costs?
If you clean the holiday home yourself, there is no cleaning fee of 75 euros.
How much does it cost to add a cot?
An additional cot is charged at 20 euros per stay.
