Pretty property from the 12th to the 17th centuries, renovated in the tradition (2014) partially enclosed by sandstone, brick and flint walls, roof with Varengeville tiles. Ideal quiet location with magnificent views of cliffs, sea, garden and countryside. Old bread oven, warm wood décor, sandstone and flint beams and walls in the house. On the ground floor, the living room with a sofa bed and the dining room open onto the garden. A spacious and comfortable dining room follows the well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is 1 shower room/WC with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs 3 bright bedrooms with exceptional views of the sea (5 min walk) and gardens. They each have 1 double bed, 1 of which is equipped with a single bed, bathroom and toilet. Access to a Zen garden just a stone's throw from the cottage. CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CAR 49 € / WEEK (7 € /day)

The cottage is located on the Côte d'Albatre, between the famous beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Veules-les-Roses. Here you will find authentic nature with beaches bordered by cliffs and a green landscape. Many water sports and walking activities are available nearby (surfing, kite surfing, swimming, sailing, horse riding, golf, walking or cycling on the GR and country lanes. Daily excursions possible to Etretat and the famous beach further south, but also to the Bay of Somme further north and its very special light, visit to bird sanctuary, sand yachting, kite surfing, hiking, visits to protected areas are fun trips for the whole family.
